Dairy-free chocolate ganache (vegan)

I LOVE this ganache! It is made with coconut cream and dairy-free chocolate. It is so easy to make and can be used in so many different recipes and you make it in exactly the same way as you would a regular ganache. So here it is...


300ml coconut cream (I use Tesco or Sainsbury's own brand)

300g dairy-free dark chocolate (I use Sainsbury's own brand)


1. Break up chocolate into bowl.

2. Pour coconut cream into a pan and heat gently until there is steam coming off and it is almost boiling.

3. Pour cream over chocolate. Leave for 5 minutes.

4. Stir until fully combined, smooth and glossy.

You can use it like this a pouring ganache or pop it in the fridge for an hour to chill then whip it using a hand whisk until it reaches your desired consistency.
